           Our school is trying to integrate technology into our curriculum more and more. With the newness of everything technology includes teachers need to be up to speed with how they can integrate it into their lessons. If teachers allow technology in their classrooms, but do not know how applications can be used to help with achievement, it is pointless.

           I hope to learn more about PLN’s and how I can use them to better my teaching. I have never even heard of one of these and am interested to see what all we can do with it. I have also never used a blog. I do, however, read them occasionally. When I think of a blog I think of topics like food or fitness, not education. I am very excited to learn about these technology options that are available to me.

            I love my colleges at work, but sometimes it is good to get a fresh perspective on ideas for the classroom. I hope to gain insight from my classmates in this course on what works best for them to help their students achieve!
